As prescribed under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Section 19, Sub-part 2.101, Women Owned Business (WOB), Continental Resources, Inc. certifies that it is a Women Owned Small Business.

A “women owned business” as defined in this provision, means a small business concern that meets the following two conditions: At least 51% owned by one or more women, or, in the case of any publicly owned business, at least 51% of the stock of which is owned by one or more women; and Management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more women.

A "small business concern" as used in this provision, means a concern, including its affiliates, that is independently owned and operated for profit, based in the United States, not dominant in the field in which it is bidding on Government contracts, and qualified as a small business under the criteria and size standards set forth by the Small Business Administration of fewer than 500 employees.
