Senior Systems Engineer

Continental Resources, Inc. is the nationwide source for systems and network integration, network design and support, on site remote services, multi-vendor solutions, hardware, installation consulting and life cycle services. We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer/Administrator, with extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions which focus on Veritas software, IBM, Sun, AIX, Solaris and Windows Platforms, in our Enterico Division located within our Bedford, MA Office.
Candidates must also be able to present solutions to clients, and always be willing to learn new technologies. You must be flexible to meet the various roles of this position. You will be working with the sales force as a pre-sales engineer and will also provide implementation services in a post-sales role. We need a dynamic and energetic individual for this demanding position. Routine tasks will involve: having face to face meetings with customers, performing analysis of customer’s environments, assisting in writing proposals, performing on-site work for our clients and documenting all work performed. Candidates (without exception) must meet the following criteria:
6+ years Hands-On & relevant work experience on Solaris, IBM and/or Windows platforms
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Enjoy a different challenge every day

Be able to think on your feet in a fast paced environment
Ability to train others
