Continental Resources Joins Symantec North American Partner Advisory Council

January 3, 2006 - Bedford, MA – Continental Resources, Inc. (CRI) announced today that Kevin McCann, Vice President, was selected to join the Symantec North American Partner Advisory Council. Symantec brings select partners from around the region together with Symantec management to discuss the company’s vision, product, sales strategies, and partner program during the Council’s meetings.

The Symantec North American Partner Advisory Council is focused on strengthening partnerships between Symantec and its Enterprise partners; establishing a highly interactive vehicle in order to shape go-to-market strategies; and building an effective, influential forum for strategic communication between Symantec and its partners from all over the world.
 
The Council includes more than 20 partners representing geographies across the region, as well as key industry segments. The Council holds an annual meeting to provide input on Symantec’s strategy. Additionally, members of Symantec’s North American Partner Advisory Council are invited to participate in Symantec’s Global Advisory Council’s quarterly conference calls to discuss topical product and operational issues.
